This powerpoint presentation begins by providing a brief overview of the city of Ann Arbor, Michigan, and its water system. The city's modeling history is outlined, along with reasons for converting to automatic meter reading (AMR), and AMR technology and statistics. The primary goal of the AMR conversion was an "operational" model: better linkage to GIS and billing data; better operational settings; better demand allocation and patterns; selected InfoWater for implementation; familiar interface; and, better/direct GIS integration. An initial AMR data analysis is presented, along with demand allocation analyses and demand pattern analysis. Includes tables, figures.
