This paper provides an overview and demonstration of the Regional Municipality of Halton's Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) Inspection Management System. This system was developed in-house to provide web based enterprise wide access to current and legacy CCTV inspection reports and related pipe observation data. In 1999 Halton started collecting information utilizing the WRc coding standard. Data within the system is linked to geographic information systems (GIS) wastewater coverage's to produce thematic mapping such as plot pipe conditions based on WRc scoring and plot inventory location.
