This article discusses change in the water industry and suggests that one way to embrace change is to study the trends and issues affecting water utilities and related organizations. It discusses 14 important trends in the water industry that are originally discussed in a comprehensive study that researched the emerging trends affecting associations such as the American Water Works Association.
