A serosurvey for Cryptosporidium-specific antibodies of 200 blood donors from Las Vegas, Nevada and 200 from Albuquerque, New Mexico was conducted from September 1996 to January 1997. A Western blot assay was used to detect serological responses to 15/17 kDa and 27 kDa antigen groups. The responses were compared to questionnaire information collected at the time of the blood draw. The questionnaire addressed bottled water use and exposure to pets and livestock, among other risk factors. This paper presents the results of the study in tabular form.
