This slide presentation outlines the overall experience of MWH Laboratories in implementing an
effective ethics program that will prevent, detect and investigate any occurrence of improper
practices. Issues that are potential hurdles and roadblocks to a successful
implementation of the program, and difficulties for consistent implementation, are addressed. In
addition, the benefits of an effective ethics program to MWH Laboratories, to other
environmental laboratories, to clients and other data users who generate data of known and
documented data quality, and for ensuring data integrity are also discussed.
