The objective of this slide presentation was to change the allowable irrigation days in the Osprey area from the current SWFWMD guidelines to a five day watering schedule. Projected results are discussed and include: increased water conservation; increased public understanding of the watering program; removal of peaks in potable demand during irrigation days; decreased reports of "dry wells"; and, reduction of stress levels on the surficial aquifer.
