The IRIS project is part of a wider project looking at re-engineering the processes of in-situ concrete frame construction funded under the Partner in Technology (PIT) scheme. Although the IRIS project is part of the wider project it is not directly dependent on the construction for the in-situ concrete building. Information about the in-situ building and the European Concrete Building Project (ECBP), of which the in-situ building is the first stage, is available on the Internet on BRE's homepage at www.bre.co.uk
