It specifies the layout and the planning of the management, the criteria to maintain this planning before,
during and after any event.
It covers the following:
- the safety personnel;
- safety policy;
- safety procedures.
This European Standard does not apply for the roles and responsibilities of those who are part of the
security system (police and security companies).
