Gives requirements, dimensions and methods of test for both cellular and solid polyethylene insulated copper conductor polyethylene sheathed telecommunication distribution cables. All cables are filled with a filling compound based on a mineral oil. Four sizes of conductor each with a range of 1 to 100 pairs are specified. Provision has been made for electrostatic screening and protective armouring when required.
