This standard applies to a mixture of organic liquids for use as a solvent or thinner for coatings formulated with vinyl resins.
The thinner is intended for use in reducing vinyl anticorrosive primers and vinyl antifouling paint conforming to CAN/CGSB-1.122 and CAN/CGSB-1.123 respectively.
