This standard applies to a flexible film made from low-density polyethylene, intended for use in general purpose packaging applications where high water resistance, moderate moisture vapour resistance and dust protection are desired. The polyethylene film is not intended for use in special packaging applications where special grease or oil-resistance properties may be required.
