This standard applies to 50 kg bags made of natural fibre or synthetic material for the packing of cereals, beans, or peas for export. The standard provides requirements for materials, construction, dimensions, closures, performance and marking. They are used primarily in food aid contracts issued on behalf of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
