1. Scope

1.1

This Standard specifies performance requirements for factory-made dehumidifiers having a rated daily water-removal capacity of up to 30 L (63.4 US pints). Included are uniform procedures for measuring the (a) capacity; and (b) minimum energy factor (EF). Note: The Committee has recommended an implementation date for EF of January 1, 1996.
