Essa fornisce gli elementi atti alla formazione del personale delle imprese appaltatrici di attività di manutenzione e una successione di schede operative di indirizzo per tali attività.
Nella presente Norma non vengono considerati gli interventi resi obbligatori da provvedimenti legislativi quali ad esempio trattamento PCB, verifiche dei dispersori, ecc.
