Scope of this Guide is the analysis in details of the classification of hazardous areas for the presence of inflammable gas, vapours or mists (v. 3.22.1), that is to be taken into account when drafting new Standards or in case of modifications of or additions to existing Parts, according to the second editions of CEI EN 60079-10 (CEI 31-30).

This Standard quotes the text of the English Guide CEI 31-35:2007-02; compared to the previuos issue n.8705 of February 2007, it contains the English version of the aforesaid CEI Publication, including the Amendement V1:2009-09.
