La presente Guida ha per oggetto gli impianti elettrici nei luoghi con pericolo di esplosione per la presenza di polveri combustibili già utilizzati prima del 30 Giugno 2003 ed ha lo scopo di fornire alcune indicazioni ritenute rilevanti ai fini della valutazione di idoneità di detti impianti e dei relativi prodotti.

Le misure suggerite sono indicative, non esaustive e non sostitutive della modalità di protezione e di tenuta alla polvere previste dalla norma CEI EN 61241-14.

Spetta al datore di lavoro assumersi la responsabilità di dichiarare e documentare che tali misure assicurano i requisiti minimi di sicurezza stabiliti dal D.Lgs 81/08.
