La presente Norma si applica ai fili e cordoni per permutazione, isolati con PVC e con rivestimento di poliammide, destinati ad essere utilizzati all'interno di edifici in condizioni d'impiego relativamente difficili per il collegamento di apparecchiature di centrale fra di loro o con i ripartitori, l'interconnessione tra i circuiti di utente ed i permutatori nelle centrali telefoniche e telegrafiche, l'allestimento di installazioni provvisorie.
