The text of document 34D/1202/FDIS, future IEC 60598-2-13:2006/A2, prepared by SC 34D "Luminaires" of IEC/TC 34 "Lamps and related equipment" was submitted to the IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and approved by CENELEC as EN 60598-2-13:2006/A2:2016.

The following dates are fixed:

• latest date by which the document has to be implemented at national level by publication of an identical national standard or by endorsement (dop) 2017-04-21

• latest date by which the national standards conflicting with the document have to be withdrawn (dow) 2019-10-21

This document has been prepared under a mandate given to CENELEC by the European Commission and the European Free Trade Association, and supports essential requirements of EU Directive(s).
