La presente Norma riguarda un metodo per la misura della propagazione lineare della fiamma lungo un nastro in fibra di vetro impregnato del liquido isolante da provare.
La Norma si applica ai liquidi isolanti usati o nuovi con viscosità cinematica minore o uguale a 300 mm2 a 40 °C oppure con viscosità maggiore ma preventivamente riscaldati prima dell’impregnatura del nastro in fibra di vetro.
