This part of IEC 62884 describes the methods for the measurement and evaluation of frequency aging tests of piezoelectric, dielectric and electrostatic oscillators, including Dielectric Resonator Oscillators (DRO) and oscillators using FBAR (hereinafter referred to as "Oscillator").
