This publication describes a procedure for changing the grade of bulk liquid oxygen and bulk liquid nitrogen trailers from nonmedical service (nonmedical oxygen and nonmedical nitrogen) to medical service (oxygen USP and nitrogen NF). This change of grade procedure meets current good manufacturing practices (CGMP) requirements and ensures that containers are suitable to receive medical grade product.
