This specification applies to a concentrated inhibited phosphoric/oxalic acid-based solution that when diluted with water, will remove rust stains from painted ferrous surfaces in the presence of small amounts of grease and oil, or other painted metal surfaces stained by rust, e.g. ships and other marine equipment and structures.
