This specification applies to regular and decaffeinated ground coffee made from roasted beans of green coffee, i.e. the seed of Coffea arabica L., C. liberica Hiern or C. robusta Chev., freed from all but a small portion of its spermoderm. It is mainly intended to be used by food services in procurement of food.
