This specification applies to beverage powders prepared from natural or imitation fruit flavours or combinations thereof, food acids, sugar, vitamin C and other ingredients in accordance with Food and Drugs Regulations. When mixed with water they shall produce a beverage resembling the fresh juice of the fruit indicated. The specification is intended to be used by food services in procurement of food.
