CID A-A-59792A covers the general requirements for a commercial, diesel-engine-driven, telescoping mast, container-handling lift truck. The truck will primarily be used to lift, transport, and stack International Standards Organization (ISO) containers and sea/land containers of 20 and 40 foot lengths on paved and semi-improved surfaces. In standard configuration, the truck will be equipped with a top-handling attachment. In standard configuration, the truck will have the capability to lift, transport, and stack loads (not including attachment) up to 100,000 pounds at an 80-inch vertical load center.
