CID A-A-59958 describes a Vacuum Gauge which indicates accurate high vacuum pressure
measurement values for calibration, orientation of test measurement and diagnostic equipment
and the development, calibration, repair and maintenance of thermal processing, film deposition,
spectrographic and an-aerobic chemical processes. This CID lists the minimum performance,
design, functional, environmental, reliability requirements and quality assurance provisions for
the Vacuum Gauge indicator, herein; referred to as the Vacuum Gauge test set.
