Project Definition Rating Index (PDRIx) for Manufacturing & Life Sciences Facilities is a scope definition tool developed by the MLS sector. It builds upon PDRI Industrial and PDRI for Buildings to provide a more specific list of scope elements critical to delivering MLS projects, and it follows the established PDRI format and recommended practices for conducting assessments. PDRI tools are designed to help project teams assess the degree of scope definition achieved during Front End Planning, identify gaps, and take appropriate actions to reduce the associated risks prior to funding authorization.
