The
User's Guide helps in installing and using the
Onsite Design Tool for Project Planning (a Visual Basic program operating within Microsoft® Access). The tool, which is essentially decision-support software, is designed to assist project teams in determining those design activities that should be performed on site, by project phase, to achieve improvements in user-selected performance measures. The tool is easy to use, and the Guide contains two case studies for easy reference.
