LEVER is a predictive model based on the assumption that past performance can predict future success. Using primarily historical data, it estimates the potential for a technology to have a positive impact on construction productivity. LEVER is a Microsoft® Excel file that uses economic, feasibility, usage, and impact analyses to generate a score regarding a technology's potential.
