This IR comes with a set of instructions and two Microsoft® Excel-based tools. It provides project stakeholders a means of determining which project activities require construction input during front end planning, and whether those resources are available in-house or need to be brought on board. Newly updated, this publication supports the CII Front End Planning Best Practice and specifically addresses interfaces with the Project Definition Rating Indices (PDRI) for Building and Industrial.
