Helps owner organizations first identify and prioritize their project value interests, then communicate them to E&C firms. Also alerts owners to possible conflicts between project interests, conveys how the execution of these interests will be evaluated, and provides both owners and E&Cs a shared medium for alignment. Contractors may also use the tool to more precisely develop RFPs. This versatile tool can further be used for internal alignment, as an aid to negotiation, and for lessons learned.
