Introduces the International Readiness Passport, an easy-to-use Microsoft® Excel-based tool that determines whether an organization is ready to enter a country in which it has little or no experience working, and offers appropriate mitigation strategies. Explains the development of the tool's metric and process to help companies and project teams improve their readiness. Describes the team's process of identifying, verifying, and weighting 62 commonly encountered issues. Also provides instruction for using the tool.
