The Mega-Project Assessment of Criticality Tool (MPACT) is a Microsoft® Excel-based resource and guide, for use during front end planning to determine relevant and critical mega-project impact factors. Once it identifies a project's likely impact factors, the tool provides guidance for mitigation planning. The tool generates customized reports, which include project team comments, actual project case examples of identified impacts factors, and recommendations for mitigating the impacts.
