This publication has been archived, but is available for download for informational purposes only. This follow-up study to a previous CII effort on engineering productivity metrics looked at over 100 projects with total installed costs of $12+ billion. The study produced two different methods to measure engineering productivity: an off-the-shelf method and a custom-tailored approach. This publication summarizes the efforts involved in producing the two techniques.
