Describes the work of RT-294 to develop a process to improve CII members' deployment of best practices in unfamiliar countries. Explains the metric, process, and tool the team developed to help members address some of the common difficulties of executing projects in unfamiliar places. Provides an overview of IR294-2,
International Readiness Passport, that will improve the deployment of best practices and, by extension, improve the likelihood that CII members successfully execute their global strategic objectives (e.g., company expansion or capital project delivery).
