1. Scope
1.1
This Standard applies to electrically operated commercial dishwashing
machines and commercial glass washing machines for connection to supply voltages of 600 V or less, intended to be used in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian Electrical Code, Part I.
For convenience only, the short term ""dishwashers"" is used herein.
1.2
This Standard applies to both cord-connected and permanently connected commercial dishwashing machines and commercial glass washing machines of the rack and conveyor type.
