This standard specifies tolerances for plastic mouldings which can be used for dimensions of plastic mouldings processed from temperable or non-temperable plastic moulding materials by injection moulding, compression moulding, embossing etc. The standard cannot be used for dimensions obtained by extrusion, blowing, deep drawing, sintering, cutting or for plastic mouldings in foam plastics.
