This document specifies the characteristics of pipe interrupters with atmospheric vent and moving element of nominal size DN 10 up to and including DN 20 that are suitable for use in drinking water systems at pressures up to and including 1 000 kPa (10 bar) and temperatures up to and including 65 Celsius degrees and for 1 h at 90 Celsius degrees.
