This Standard specifies a method for determining creep in compression of dense and insulating shaped refractory products, creep being the deformation of a refractory product subjected to a constant load under isothermal conditions. NOTE: The apparatus is the same as that used in the determination of refractoriness-under-load (see EN 993-8).
