The purpose of the present document is to provide a general overview of ETSI EN 300 019-2 [3]. ETSI TR 100 035 [i.1] should be used in conjunction with ETSI EN 300 019 multi-parts deliverable. It gives an introduction to the main concepts of environmental engineering, the purpose and use of environmental classes and the corresponding test philosophy.
