This part of ISO 8655 provides user guidance regarding the selection of POVA (including exchangeable parts) and best practices for its use. This document also specifies requirements for user training and competence and introduces performance tolerances and testing of piston-operated volumetric apparatus (POVA) to ensure fitness for its intended use.
