The Installation Deficiency Test Report provides documented data and results of the testing conducted in accordance with the Commissioning (Cx) Plan and Installation Test Procedures work task described in the contract. The Installation Deficiency Test Report provides an analysis of the data and results to identify which specifications were or were not attained. After facility acceptance, the data shall be used for reference by the operations and maintenance personnel.
This Data Item Description (DID) contains the format, content, and intended use information for the Installation Deficiency Test Report re resulting from the work task described in the contract. It is intended that all requirements contained herein shall apply to all applicable Department of Defense acquisition programs through all program phases.
