The O&M Impact Estimate is used to assess the long-term affordability of
new systems, and to assist in budgeting activities and reallocation of resources. The O&M
Impact Estimate quantifies the projected impact of a change in range capabilities, due to an
addition or removal of equipment, alteration of operating hours, or any other proposed
modification to the baseline range capabilities defined in the contract.
DID DI-SESS-82179 contains the format and content preparation instructions for the
data product generated by the specific and discrete task requirement as delineated in the contract.
