This Data Item Description (DID) calls for the contractor to provide an Equipment Technical Manual for fully configured systems as specified in the agreement, contract or order when delivered and installed by the installation team. The Equipment Technical Manual content shall include detailed operation and maintenance information covering: overall description of the equipment, installation instructions, descriptions of operating controls and indicators, operating instructions, general and detailed principles of operation, preventative and corrective maintenance procedures, replaceable parts lists with supporting engineering drawings/diagrams/figures.
