INTRODUCTION
This new chapter of the HSLC Rules was decided by the Board as of December 1995 and come into force on 1st of July 1996.
This Chapter includes Chapters 4 and 19 and the annexes 3, 4 and 8 of the International Code of Safety for High-Speed Craft. This chapter is valid until superseded by a revised chapter. Supplements will not be issued except for an updated list of minor amendments and corrections presented in the introduction booklet. The introduction booklet is normally revised in January and July each year.
Revised chapters will be forwarded to all subscribers to the Rules. Buyers of reprints are advised to check the updated list of Rule chapters printed in Pt.0 Ch.1 Sec.1 to ensure that the chapter is current.
