The present edition of the Rules includes additions and amendments approved by the Board as of December 2009, and supersedes the January 1999 edition of the same chapter.
The Rule changes come into force on 1st of July 2010.
This chapter is valid until superseded by a revised chapter. Supplements will not be issued except for an updated list of minor amendments and corrections presented in Pt.0 Ch.1 Sec.3. The introduction booklet is normally revised in January and July each year
Revised chapters will be forwarded to all subscribers to the Rules. Buyers of reprints are advised to check the updated list of Rule chapters printed in Pt.0 Ch.1 Sec.1 to ensure that the chapter is current
