The present edition of the rules includes amendments and additions approved by the Executive Committee as of November 2010 and supersedes the July 2010 edition of the same chapter.
The rule changes come into force as described below.

Main changes coming into force 1 January 2011
• Sec.4 Certification of Materials, Components and Systems
— A new item A103 regarding certificates in electronic format has been added. Main changes coming into force 1 July 2011
• Sec.4 Certification of Materials, Components and Systems — Item B101 regarding documentation of certification of materials, components and systems has been amended.
Corrections and Clarifications
