The present edition of the rules includes amendments and additions approved by the Executive Committee as of June 2011 and supersedes the January 2011 edition of the same chapter.
The rule changes come into force as described below. Text affected by the main rule changes is highlighted in red colour in the electronic pdf version. However, where the changes involve a whole chapter, section or sub-section, only the title may be in red colour.
This chapter is valid until superseded by a revised chapter.
