The certification scheme described in this service specification covers all phases of the lifecycle of onshore and offshore wind power plants. The evaluation of the individual wind power plant against applicable requirements considering site-specific conditions at a given location is addressed. Project certification includes one or more of the assets wind turbines, offshore substation, power cables and covers the project lifecycles design basis, design, manufacturing, transport and installation, commissioning and optionally the in-service.
