This programme is applicable for the approval of manufacturers of:

— laminating resins

— adhesives

— gel coats

— coatings

— other liquid polymers on agreement with Society, as referred to in the Society's rules and standards.

Approval is required for, and limited to each kind of manufacturing process. Approval may be limited to certain material properties, like specific viscosity, density etc.

Where type approval (TA) is required, the manufacturing, documentation and technical requirements including testing shall also comply with the relevant TA programme.

The approval is valid for one production site of resins, adhesives and coatings, respectively. Each production site may include more than one production line covered by the same certificate.

This programme covers the procedures for initial approval, renewal of approval and extension or change of approval.
